Resolution No. 63-77
Trustee 011al:lon introduced the following
resolution and moved its adoption:
"RESOLVED, that the Village Council of the Village
of Plymouth.conduct a public hearing at the Village Hall
of said Village at 7:30 o'clock P. M. on the 2nd day of
D*04*b4W,:1963, to consider the vacation of the following
described street:
That portion of 15th Avenue North extending from
9liania Lane to County Road No. 6 and being.n-the
"uthwes t
Quarter (8'N:1f4) of Section 27, Town -
whip 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, M nne:00ta.`
"HR IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the.Village Clerk be`'
directed to,give the proper legal notice of;such.hearing in
the Banner required by law."
The above motion wax seconded by Trustee Tart
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof Mayor Keefe, Trustees Curtis, O'Fallon,
Reinan an# Tart; and the following voted against None;'
whereupon the notion was declared duly passed and adopted.
