Trustee Reinan introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: "RESOLVED, that the of far of Hadlegr Hills dater Co. to convey to the Village of Plymouth without cost to said Village, the fantire water system in the Subdivision of Hadley Hills Addition, including all water maims, wells, pumps, hydrants, meters and all other equipment and acoossories now owned and used by Hadley Hills :rater Co. in the maintenance and operation of said water system and incidental and necessary thereto, and the conveyance to the Village of Plymouth, without expense to said Village, of Lot 7, Block 1, Hadley Hills Addition, on which the well and pumphouse serving said system are located, is hereby accepted by the Village of Plymouth. "SE IT FURTHM IWOLVSD, that the proposed Operatirg Agreement between the Village of Plymouth and the Hadley Hills beater Co., providing for the operation of the Hadley Hills Dater System, be approved and that the Mayor and Clerk be authorised and directed to execute said Agreement on behalf of the Village." The above motion was duly seconded by Trustee O'Fallon and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Trustees 0lftllon, Reinan, Tart and Mayor Keefe. Against: Norm. Johnson, being the duly appointed Clerk of the Village of Plymouth, hereby certify that the above Resolution is a true and correct copy of a Resolution duly adopted by the Village Council of Plymouth on the 18th day of November, 1963. VILLADH OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION NO.63-76 RESOLUTION_ ACCEPTING CONVI-MANCE OF THE HADLBY HILL`SWATER LYSM TO THE VILLA= OF PL7FMDUTH AND MPOLI THE M MCU7ION OF AN OPERATIN3 &aROM BMW= THE VILLAW OF PLYMUTH AND HADLEr HILLS WATER CO. Trustee Reinan introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: "RESOLVED, that the offer of Hadley Hills Water Co. to convey to the Village of Plymouth without cost to said Village, the entire water system in the Subdivision of Hadley Hills Addition, including all water mains, wells, pumps, hydrants, meters and all other equipment and accessories now owned and used by Hadley Hills Water Co. in the maintenance and operation of said water system and incidental and necessary thereto, and the conveyance to the Village of Plymouth, without expense to said Village, of Lot 7, Block 1, Hadley Hills Addition, on which the well and pumphouse serving said system are located, is hereby accepted by the Village of Plymouth. "BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the proposed Operating Agreement between the Village of Plymouth and the Hadley Hills Water Co., providing for the operation of the Hadley Hills Water System, be approved and that the Mayor and Cleric be authorised and directed to execute said Agreement on behalf of the Village."
