BOARD TO R.EnEll ITS ON, OF &IDURTS FOWING THE MIS POR 01-== HOSPITAL TAX MY MR- iLL Wffl� �Is the Legislature of the State of Minnesota has provided for transferring of Yfinneapolis General Hospital from the City of Minneapolis to the County of Hennepin by Chapter 738 of Laws of 1963, and WHMMS, provision is made in said enactment for the determination of proportions of publicly financed and unrecovered costs and a tax levy based thereon, in the last sentence of Section 3, Subd- 3, for those years before records for a full 7earts operation of the hospital are available, and Wffi,;RW, the County Board has made such a determination by its budget for 1964, and the 11illage Council of the Village of Plymouth deem:, it 'i -hterf t 6sts of Village of Plymouth and others that such budget be _Athe p0lewed, in the manner provided by said law, therefore WIT RMOLTzD by the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth E that the Village of Plymouth hereby requests the Hennepin County Board to review its 1964 Budget for the Hennepin County General Hospitals ievenue and Tax Levy Projections,, at a hearing upon such notice and at such time and place and in the manner provided in Chapter 738, Laws of 1963. BE IT FURTHER HLSOLVED that the Village Clerk is authorized and directed to deliver a certified copy of this resolution to the Hennepin County Board by delivering the same to the County Auditor of Hennepin County as the receiving official for such County Board.
