He It Resolved by the Village Council of Plymouth:
That the roquiromnti of the Ordinance of the Village of Plymouth
passed on June 16, 1959 and filed August 7, 1959, in Hock 938 Miscellaneous
Records, Page 55, Register of Foods, Hennepin County, Minnesota, relating to
conveyance of parcel:+ of lane) less than two and ane -half (*) acrea in area
and 150 ft, width, are hereby waived as to the following described leads:
That part of Gov't. Lot 81 Section 23, Township 118,
Range 22, according to the Government t surrey thereof,
