HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1963-068VILLAGE OF PLYMOtT9 Resolution No. 63 -1 -- Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was bald on the 7th day of October, 1963. The following members were present: Mayor Keefe, Trustees Curtis, O17allon, Reinan and Tart; and the following mambers were absent: None. * * * * * * Trustee introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: SAS, pursuant to due and proper notice according to law, a public hearing was held by the Village Council at the Village Sall in the Village of Plymouth on the 7th day of October, 1963 at 8:06 o'clock P. X. to consider the vacation of a portion of South Street and, 7SRRXAG, at such hearing all persons desiring to be heard were given such opportunity, after which said public bearing was declared closed by the Mayor, NOW TSER3FOR8, BE IT XMKLVRD BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOVM: "That portion of South Street from its intersection with Dprkshire Lan# west to its termination and adjoining and abutting the following described lands: Lots 3 and 4, First Addition Grroer•s Orchard Tracts and Lots 22, 23 and 34, Parker 14tke Gardens according to the plats thereof on file and of record In the office of the Register of Deeds in and for Hennepin County, Minnesota, may be and hereby is declared to be vacated." The matlan was seconded by Trustee and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor of the m6t44 : Mayor Keefe, Trustees Curtis, O'Fallon, Reinan and Tart; the fol - loving voted against: None; whereupon the resolution ww declared to 3z duly passed and adopted. 6T&TE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HEMWIN ) es.
