HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1963-067VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Resolution No. 63-67 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 7th day of October, 1963. The following members were present: Mayor Keefe, Trustees Curtis, O'Fallon, Reinan and Tart; and the following members were absent: None. Trustee Tart introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: WHEREAS, pursuant to due and proper notice according to law, a public hearing was held by the Village Council at the Village Hall in the Village of Plymouth on the 7th day of October, 1963 at 7:.30 o'clock P. M. to consider the vacation of a portion of 8th Avenue North and, AREAS, at such hearing all persons desiring to be heard were given such opportunity, after which said public hearing was declared closed by the Mayor, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGN OF PLYMOUTH: "That that portion of 8th Avenue North adjoining and abutting Lot 1, Block 2, Wilshire Gardens according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for Hennepin County, Minnesota, may be and hereby is declared to be vacated."
