At a (regular) (special) meeting of the Villas Couaail of the •ilJM

ing Resolution was offered by Tmstss

WHEREAS the Commissioner of Highways has prepared plans, special
provisions and specifications for the improvement of a part of Trunk
Highway Number 393 !renumbered as Trank Highway Number_within the
corporate limits of the Pillais of Plymmtb from the
tavth sesposate limits to
Jaaettou ?.me 55 and
WHEREAS said plana are on file in the office of the Department of
Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as
S.P. 2785-36 (494+93) ; and
WHEREAS said special provisions are on file in the office of the
Department of ILighways, Saint
,,��..Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and
identified as •_e_9 4.11s�41 a e�w:.�eW: 4_ri� SAisi..i6I 11�i ,
which, together with the Minnesota Department of Highways Specifications
for Highway Construction, dated May 1, 1959, on file in the office of the
Commissioner of Highways, constitute the specifications for said improve-
ment of Trunk Highway Number 393 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number
494 1 and
WHEREAS copied of said plans and special provisions as so marked,
labeled and identified are also on file in the office of theilu"cClerk;
and
WHZE:AS the term "said plans and special provisional' as herein-
after used in the body of this resolution shall be deemed ani intended to
mean, refer to, and incorporate the plana and special provisions in the
foregoing recitals particularly identified and described.

NOW, THEN, BE IT it '---O VED that said plans and special provisions
for the improvement of Trunk higLway Number 193 renumbered as Trunk
Highway Number 494 the limits of the p, 11 �� of p jXj"*,
be and hereby are approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the elevations and grades as shown
in said plans and special provisions be and they are hereby approved and
consent is hereby given to any and all changes in grade occasioned by the
t*ohstiwction of said Trunk Highway Number U.- renumbered as Trunk Highway
Number r in accordance with said plans and special provisions.
