FMOLUTION No. 63-64
Trustee Tart introduced the following Resolution and movea its
"IHE30LVED, That the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth
conduct a public hearing at the Village Stall of said Village
at 8:00 o'clock P.M. on the 7th day of October, 1963, to
consider the vacation of the following described street:
That portion of South Street from its intersection
with Berkshire Lane West to its termination at High-
way {494 and adjoining and abutting the following
described lands:
Lots 3 and 4, "First Addition Greer's Orchard Tracts,
Hennepin County",
Lots 22, 23, and 24, "Parkers Lake Gardens", and
That part of the East 5 chains of the 'rest 15 chains
of the Southwest 1,14 of the 3 ouLhwest 1/4 of Section
27, Township 116 North, Range 22 West, described as
follows: All that part of the above described tract
which Use Westerly of the right o: way of Interstate
Highway No. 494 and the South 350 feet of the above
described tract which Use Easterly of the right of
way of Interstate Highway No. 494 as said right of way
is described and met rorth in Lis Pendons document
No. 3210534. Hennepin County, Minnesota.
"ISE IT FUFIT M RYZOLVEDs that the Village Clerk be directed to
give the proper legal notice of such hearing in the sumer
required by law."
The above potion was seconded by Trustee Reinan and upon •rate
being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Trustees
Curtis, O'Fallon, Reinan and Tart. Against. Nene. Abstained: Mayor
Kee re.
Whereupon said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
