Nesolution No. 63- W
Trustee 'ert introduced the following resolution and
mored its adoption:
"FJ=XVW, that the villa" council of the Village of
Plymoutb conduct a public bearing at the Village Hall
of said Village at 7:30 o'clock P.M. on the 7th day of
October, IM, to consider the vacation of the following
Parties of the following described street:
That portion of 8th Avenue North adjoining
and abutting Lot 1, Block !, Milobire tiardetu,
iaaeg16 County, Miwneseta according to the
Plat thereof an file and of record in the
office of the hlegister Deeds in and for Hen-
nepin County, Minnesota.
"M IT ItUSTdL SZSMVSD, that the Village Clerk be directed
to give the proper legal notice of such bearing in the
manner required by law."
The above motion was seconded by Trustee O'= and upon
vote being taken thereft, the following voted in favor thereof:
Mayor Keefe, Trustees tbrt4s, O'Fallon, Reinan and Tart; the
following voted against: None; whereupon the motion was declared
duly passed and adopted. Dated September 16, 1963.

Trustee Tart introduced the following resolution and
moved its adoption:
"RESOLVIDg that the Village Council of the Village of
Plymouth conduct a public bearing at the Village Hall
of said Village at 7:30 o'clock P.M. On the 7th day of
October, 1963, to consider the vacation of the following
portion of the following described street:
That portion of Lith Avenue North adjoining
and abutting Lot 1, Block 2, Wilshire Gardens.
Hennepin County, Minnesota aaaor"ag to the
plat thereof on file and of rroord in the
Offlee of the Register Deeds in and for Hen-
nepin County, Minnesota.

to give the proper legal notice of such hearing in the

The above notion was seconded by Trustee ni 11= and upon
vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Mayor Keefe, Trustees Curtis, O'lallon, Reinan and Tart; the
following voted against: Monet whereupon the notion was declared
