Be It Resolved by the Village Council of Plymouth:
That the rsq repents of the Ordinance of the VilLge of
Pl,viouth, passed on June 16, 1959 and filed August 7, 1959, in Book
839 of Miscellaneous .Rroords, Page 55, Register of Deeds, Hennepin
County, Minnesota, relating to conveyance of parcels of land less than
two and oras-half (2j) acres in area, are hereby waived as to the
following described landss
Lot Thirteen (13) , Block Two (2) , Sunrise
Acres Addition# according to the map or
plat thereof on file or of record in the
Office of the Register of Deeds, Hennepin
County, Minnesota.
