HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1963-056f i„ VILLACB OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION NO. 63-56 RESOLUTION DffiIGNATINiG PORTIONS OF CERTAIN STMTS WITHIN THE VILLAGEi OF PLYMOUTH AS "NO PARK11jG" ZONES Trwtee Curtis introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: "RESOLVED, that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 63-10, the following portions of the following streets within the Village of Plymouth are hereby designated as 110 PARKING zones: 1. Forestview Lane from Ridgemount Avenue to 400 feet West of the Church driveway between the hours of 7:00 A. M. and 1:00 P.M. (on Sundays only). 2. Teakwood Lane from Ridgemoubt Avenue to County Road No. 15. 3. Vicksburg Lane from County Road No. 15 to 3rd Avenue North. 4. Conaunity Club Road and 18th Avenue North from West Medicine Lake Drive West to dead end and Comuni.ty Club property line." "BF IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 63-10, Evergreen Lane be designated as a one -ways street Southbound from 18th Avenue North to Medicine Lake Drive and that there be no parking pezmitted on the East side of Evergreen Lane between 18th Avenue North and Medicine Lake Drive, and that. Paragraph 8 of Resolution No. 63.1+6 be rescinded. The above notion was seconded bv Trustee Tart and unon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereoft Trustees Curtis, O'Fallon, Tart and Mayor Keefe. Against: None. Absent T rustee Reinan. Whereupon said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. The above motion was seconded by Trustee and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Whereupon the Resolution.was declared duly passed and adopted.
