RESOLUTION NO. 65- 55
Trustee Curtis introduced the following
Resolution and moved its adoption:
"WHEREAS, the Village Council of theVlLllage of
Plymouth has received requests from residents living
on a portion of 4th Avenue North in the Village of Plymouth
to change the name of said street to "Comstock Lane" and,
WHEREAS, there appears to be no reason why this
request should not be granted and there appears to be good
and sufficient reason on the basis of good order in the
designation of street names in the Village to grant such
request,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE
VILLAGE COUNCIL -OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS:
"That 4th Avenue North as now designated in
the plat of Birchwood Estates Addition from
that portion of said 4th Avenue North that
abuts upon Lots 2 and 3, Block 5, Birchwood
Estates Addition North to and including the
turn -a -round be and jiereby is designated
henceforth as 'Comstock Lane"
The kbove notion was seconded by Trustee
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof • Trustees Curtis, O'Fallon, Tart and Mayor Keefe.
The following voted against: None. Absent: Trustee
Reinan.
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and
adopted. Dated August 26, 1963.
