Pursuant to due 0*11 and notice thereof, a a
maeting of the Village. Council of the Village of Plymouth, Winne-
sota, van held on the 14th day of August, 1963, at the Wayzata
dsnior High School.
The following fibers were present: Mayor Aeefe, Trustees

6th day of July, 1963, fixed a date for a Council public hearing
on the proposed Improvement of;
