VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT
AND CAMITM FOR PUBLIC HEARM
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held
on the Sth day of July, 1963.

and the following ambers were absent: Trustees Curtis and R einan.

Trustees Tart introduced the following resolution and
moved its adoption;
WHEREAS, a report has been given by Orr-Schelen-Mayeron & Associates,
Inc., aonaulting engineers to the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, to
the Village Council on July 8, 1963 recommending the construction and
installation of trunk sanitary sewer lines as follows:
1. From Trunk Highway #55 and County Road #18 northwest
along Trunk Highway #55 to the right-of-way of the
Chicago, Northwestern Railroad; thence westerly along
said right -of way to Niagara Lane;
2. From Trunk Highway #55 and County Road #►134 northwesterly
to 26th Avenue.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH;
"I. The Council will consider the aforesaid improvement in
accordance with the report and the assessment of the
property abutting or within said boundaries for all or
a portion of the eoet of the improvement pursuant to
M.S.A. Sea. 429.011 to 429.111, at an estimated total
cost of the improvement as shown.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improve-
ment on the u t day of,., 1963 at

8:00 o'clock P. M. The Village Council shall give pub-
lished notice of such hearing and improvement as required
by law."
The nation for the adoption of tbe foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Trustee and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting
clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that
I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of
minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said village
held duly S, 1983, with the original thereof on file in my office
and the same in a full, true and complete transcript theretrom insofar
as the same relates to the Sanitary Sewer 9ysten of the village.
