HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1963-039meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
was held on the 17th day of June , IV 63.
The following members were present: 'Mayor Keefe, Trustees
O'Fallon, Heinan and Tart
and the following members were absent: Trustee Curtis
Trustee O'Fallon introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
AREAS, a report has been given by the Village Engineer to
the Village Council on June 17 , 19 63, recommending the:
sradlug, bass work and bitumiuew surfacing
of the following street (a), to -wit:
RWolia Lane from County Road No. 15 to 375 feet south
of 8th Avenue North
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH:
"1. The Council will consider the aforesaid improvement
in accordance with the report and the assessment of
property abutting or within said boundaries for all
or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant
to M.S.A. Sec. 429.011 to 428.111, at an estimated
total cost of the improvement as shown.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed im-
provement on the lst day of ,U1 , 18�, at
the Village Hall,i"n"'-ii�ie Village o ymouth a T,30
o'clock P . m. The Village Council shall give —
pub-
lished nice of such hearing and improvement as re-
quired by law."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Trustee Tart and upon vote being taken there-
on, the following voted in favor thereof:
Mayor Keefe, Trustees O'Fallon, Heinan and Tart
The following voted against the motion: None
The following were (absent) ( : Trustee Curtis
whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.
