Trustee olFallon introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption;
TIJOH 3, it is proposed to improve:
Magnolia Lame from Casty Road xe. is to 376 feet Mmtt of
bth Avenue xmb
and assess the abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of
the improvement, pursuant to Y.B.A. j 429.011 to 439.111.

"That the proposed improvement be reforred to the Tillage

The notion was seconded by Trustee R^� � and upon vote
being taken thereoc the following voted in favor of the notion;
Hajor Keefe, Trustees Of Fallon, Haman and Tart
The following voted against the motiop: Re it t: Tr-urtse Cwrtie
whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and a4ept*4.
