VILLAGE OF PLYUOUTH

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular jopecdo"
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, ?Minnesota,
was held on the 17th day of Jgns , 1963.
The following members were present: Mayor Keefe, Trustees
a'Fallon, Reinan and Tart.

Trustee O'Fallon introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improve-
ment of the following streets, to -wit:
Bee Schedule "A" attached
by grading, bare work and bitm (nous surfacing
bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law and the
following bids were received complying with the advertisement.

WHEREAS, it appears that Craig J. Ajivander of

NOVI THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLA+GS OF
PLYMOUTH:
"l. The Mayor and Cleric are hereby authorized and directed to
enter into the attached contract with Craig J.
Alexander of Minneasolis. ltisest.

according to the plans and specifications therefor approved
by the Village Council and on file in the office of the
Village Clerk.
2. The Village Clerk, is hereby authorized and directed to
return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with
their bids, except that the deposits of the successful
bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained
until a contract has been signed."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Trustee —_ZArtand upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor therenf:
Mayor Keefe, Trustees O'Fallon, keinan and Tart
The following voted against the same:
None
