VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPRoym,24T3
AND
PREPARATION OF PLANS
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 17th day of June, 1963.
The following members were present s Mayor Keefe, T rustees 0' Fallon, R einan
and Tart, and the following members were absents Trustee Curtis.
Trustee Tart introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption:
WHMII;AS, a Resolution of the Village Council adopted the 20th day of May,
1963, fixed the 1*,h day of June, 1963, as the date for a public hearing on:
Grading, base work and '-i+,ominous surfacing, with r espect to t he following street (s),
to wit:
Street From To
24th Avenue North State Highway #101 A point 160 feet North of 25th Ave. North
25th Avenue North State Highway #1101 A point 160 feet Fast of 24th Ave. North
Pine Circle 24th Avenue North South line of Lot 6, Block 4, Cross First
Addition
'WHMMS, all property owners whose property is liable to be assessed for the
mak.,ng of these improvements were given ten days' published notice of the Council hear-
ing through two weekly publications of the required notice and the hearing was held and
property owners heard on the 17th day of June, 1963.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT R'LSOLVED BY THS COUNCIL OF THE: VILLAC=3 OF PLYMOUTH:
"1. Such improvements as net out above and for the street (s) as above
indicated are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolution
adopted May 20, 1963.
2. The Village Engineer is hereby directed to prepare plans and sped.-
fioations for the making of such improvements."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Trustee O'Fallon and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof: Mayor Keefe, Trustees 01 Fallon, Reinan and Tart. Against: None. Absent:
Trustee Curtis. Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.
