VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
]MOLUTION D:-1 TNG CERTAIN DIS-
TRICTS FROM SA14ITARY SWER PROGRAM
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 3rd
day of June, 1963.
The following members were presents Magor Keefe, Trustees
Curtis, O'Fallon, Rainan and Tart. Abeents None.
adoptions
Trustee Reinan introduced the following resolution and moved its
WIUMAS, on April 2, 1963, the Village Council did direct its
Consulting Engineers to prepare a prelied.nary report relative to the con-
struction and installation of trunk sanitary ewer lines in the following
locations in the Village of Plymt*,h:
1. FSram T. H. 055 and County Road x%18 NW along T. H. 05
to the right -of -4W of the Chicago, Northwestern Rail-
road; thence Westerly along said right-of-way to Niagara
Lane;
2. From T. H. #55 and County Road #154 Northwesterly to
26th Avenue; and,
WHERMS, said Consulting ErCinsers did submit such preliminary
report to the Council on April 191 1963, and,
WHEREAS, the Village Council did by a resolution adopted on April
19, 1963, set the 23rd day of Mag, 1963, at SsOO o1clock P. M. as the date
and time and Beacon Heights School in the Village of Plymouth as the place
of public hearing on such proposed construction and installation of trunk
sanitary s ewer Lines, and,
WHEREAS, said public hearing was held on May 23, 1963, and,
WHP.MS, as a result of such public hearing it appears to be
necessary and desirable to delete from the proposed sanitary surer
districts, Districts No. 3 and No. 4, and to hold a new public hearing an
the project for Districts No. 1 and No. 2,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT PMOLV, BY WE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH%

I . Districts No. 3 and No. 4 in the proposed sanitary
sewer program as submitted in the preliminary report
of the .Consulting Mriginsers and as advertised and
noticed for hearing For May 23, 1963, are hereby
deleted from such proposed program.
Notion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly second ed
by Trustee tiurtiai and upon vats beingticen thereon the following voted in
favor th ersof: Trustees Curtis, O'Fallon, R einan, Tart and Mayor Keefe.
Against: None. j
Whersulon said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
