Be It Resolved by the Village Council of Plymouth:
That the requdr4miints of the Ordinance of the Pillage of Plymouth
passed an Jens 16, 1959 and riled August 7, 1959, in Hook 838 of Nisoellan-
eons Records, Page 55, Register of Deeds, Hennepin County, Minnesota,
relating to eonveyanee of parcels of lance lees than two and one-half (ij)
acres in area, are hereby waived as to the following described landst
Traote "A" and "B" in Lot Seventeen (17)
Block Two (2), Men Grove Acres, according
to the sap or plat thereof on file or of
record in the Office of the Register of
Deeds, Hennepin County, yinnesota.
