HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1963-0274..v VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH RESOL P SPORT T 15 CALLING FOnf 17LFLIC HEARING Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a gR (spocial) meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the l9th day of April , 1963 . The following members were present: Mayor Keefe, Trustees Curtis, Soares Reinan and Tart Trustee and the following members were absent: Nvmw O'railon Trustee Curtis introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: 'HEREAa, a report has been given by the Village Engineer to the Village Council on -Anril _jg, 19__ja, recommending the: construction and installation of trunk sanitary sewer lines as follows: ,,f ++.e e, , ,.,,.; ..., +root tr i ..,l + . 1. From T.H. #55 and County Road #18 NW along T.H. #55 to the right-of-way of the Chicago, Northwestern Railroad; thence westerly along said right-of-way to Niagara Lane; 2. From T.H. #55 and County Road #154 Northwesterly to 26th Avenue. PION THEREFORE, BE IT RRSOLVED BY THE COUMCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: "1. The Council will consider the aforesaid improvement in accordance with the report and the assessment of property abutting or within said boundaries for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to M.S.A. Sec. 439.011 to 429.111, at an estimated total cost of the improvement as shown. 2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed im- provement on the 23rd day of ''uay , 19 63, at Beacon Heights School ,ii—fHie Village of aF_g •00 o'clock..,.. m. The Village Council shall give punt lished not.��ice of such hearing and improvement as re- quired by law." The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Trustee Reinan and upon vote being taken there- on, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Keefe, Trustees Curtis, ., Reinan and Tart The following voted against the motion: The following were (absent) -(-abst-ai=red- ir-em :v i.
