Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular *DpOCCOj
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
was held on the 16th day of April Z9 63,
The following members were present: fie, Trustees Curtis,
O.ftllon, Reinan and Tart
and the following members were absent: .]jet- M411 ('CR G4t
Trustee otyallon introduced the following ilesolution
and !coved its adoption:
WHER AS , a Resolution of the Village Council adopted the 19th
day of March , 19 63, fixed the 9th day of April
19 63, as the date for a public hearing on:
grading, base nark and bituminous surfacing
with respect to the following street (s), to -wit:
Boa schedule "A" attached
17HEREAS, all property owners whose property is liable to be
assessed for the making of these improvements were given ten dayst
published notice of the Council hearing through two weekly publica-
tions of the required notice and the hearing was held and property
owners heard on the 6th day of April P l9 63,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH:
"I. Such improvements as set out above and for the street (s)
as above indicated are hereby ordered as proposed
in the Council Resolution adopted March 19 , 1963
2. The Village Engineer is hereby directed to prepare
plans and specifications for the making of such
improvements."

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Trustee Tart and upon vote being taNen thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: , Trustees Curtis,
O•lallai, Reinan and Fart
The following voted against the same: pone

whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.
