pursuant to Minnesota*,Statutes. Sections 145.08 and
145.12 provision has been made for a public health nursing district in that
portion of Hennepin County outei(As the City of Kinneapolis, and
eHFMEA.H, pursuant to such authority such a public health nursing
district has b son organized amu; has been in operation for several years, and
W1&kiEA>, it is deemed neaeasary to continue the operation of such
nursing district and to provide it with adequate funds for its proper operation.

of Plymouth that this political subdivision continue to be inclided In the
public health nurairg distriat of rural Hennepin County, organised an January
4s 19521 that it participate in the bsnefits thereof; and that it agree to
support on an apportLmvant basis its pro rata share of the oast of the
administration of ouch d i strict provided, howevft, that for the period
January 1, 1963 through U"oker 31, 1963, this most shall note xceed x.25
per capita on the basis of the official 1960 Federal Census.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resoluii on was duly
eaoonded by Trustee Tart and upon vote being taken t hereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Trustees Curtis, Ol Fallan, Rein=, Tart, and Mayor
Keefe. Against: Now.
