RESOLUTION REUMNO-M-PORT
CALLING PO"USTLIC HEARING
,,Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a ref,,ular (sTyacial)
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Ninnesota,
was hold on the 19th day of March 19 63.
-rhe following members were present:
Curtin, Reinan, O'Fallon and Tart.
and the iollowing members were abaent- None.
Trustee Tart introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
WREA3, a report has bz.-<:n given by chis Village Engineer to
the Village Council on Margh ISracer anending the:
grading, bass work and bitwiminous surfacing
of the following street (s), to -wit:
See Schedule "A' attached
NO17 THEREFOR3, BE IT RESOLVED BY TIV!, COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYNOUTH:
"I. The Council will consider the aforesaid improvement
in accordance with the report and the assessment of
property abutting
r or within said boundaries for all
or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant
to Sec. 4f'9.011 to 429,11.3., at an estimated
tota). cost of the improvement as shown.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed im
