Be It Resolved by the Village Council of Plymouth:
That the requirements of the Ordinance of t2as Village of Plymouth
passed on .Tune 16, 1939 and filed August 7, 1?59, in Book 838 of
Miscellaneous Records, Page 55, Register of heeds, Hennepin County,
Minneeota, relating to conveyance of pastels of land less than two and
one-half (2k) acres in area, are hereby waived as to the followizg
described land 0 a
All that part of the Northeast 1/4 of the northeast 1/4
Of the Soutinnst 1/4 lying West of the East 339 ft. thereof
and 39%tb of County road 15 in Section 35, Township 113,
Range 221, Henx»pin Coaaaty, Minnesota.
