Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the Ville Council of the Village of Plysoutli, Minnesota, was held
on the 12th day of March, 1963.
The following members were presents Mayor Keefe, Trustees
Curtis, O'Fallon, Reinan and Tart.
The folloa'.ng members were absents done.
Trustee Tart introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoptions
"WHUU AS, Francis Bauer was appointed to the position of Chief
of the Fire Department of the Village of Plymouth on January a, 1963
and,
WHEREAS, it appears from an examination of the records of the
Village that no formal resolution was adopted at that time making
such appointrasnt and,
WWW.As, it is necessary under the laws of the State of
Minnesota that such a resolution be adopted in order that said
Francis Bauer my participate in the Public Employees Police and
Fire Fund of the Public Employees Retirement Association,
NOW Taw &F""....E, BE 1; RaiOLUD BY :`1iS VILLAGr. COUNUIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
That the appointment of r'rands Bauer as Chief of the Fire
Department of the Village of Plymouth effective January 1, 1963
be and it hereby is confirsed."
The motion to adopt said resolution was seconded by Trustee
Curtis and upon vote being taken thereons the following voted in
favor thereof: Trustees Curtis, O'Fallon, Reinan, Tart and Mayor
Keefe and the fbllowing voted against, Hone.
Whereupon said resolution was duly passed and adopted.
