WHRREAS, the Municipal Court for the Village of
Plymouth was established in the Sprang of 1960, and
WHEW AS, the state Legislature has not prescribed
legislation of a general nature establishing judges' salaries on any
prescribed formula, and
WIiUWAS, by H.S.A. Seo. 488.23, Subd. 3, the salary
of the judge of Plymouth Municipal Court is set at the sus of Two
Thousand Your Hundred and no/100* ($2,400.00) Dollars per year, and
WHEREAS, this Council recognises the inadequacy of
that amount,

Village of Plymouth that the state legislature be and bereby is rupees
ted to enact legislation to provide that the salary of the judge of the,.
Municipal Court of the Village of Plymouth be established at the eta of
Four Thousand Two Hundred and no/100ths ($49200.00)0911ars per year,
starting June 1, 1963, and Fear Thousand Nine Hundred and rw/1OOtbs
($4,900.00) Dollars per year starting January 1, 1964,
IT IS kGOOT CERTIFIED By as as Clerk of the Village
