RESOLUTION NO. 63 -JI
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was
held on the 22nd day of January, 1963.

The following members were absent:

There was a vacancy in thq office of one Trustee.
Trustee O'Fallon introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
WHEREAS, pursuant to due and proper notice according to law,
a public hearing was held by the Village Council at the Village
Hall in the Village of Plymouth on the 15th day of January, 1983
at 7:30 o'cloclt p.m. to consider the vacation of a portion of
White Bluff Drive, and
WHEREAS, at such hearing all persons desiring to be heard were
given such opportunity after which said public hearing was declared
closed by the Mayor.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVFD BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
"That that portion of White Bluff Drive adjoining and
abutting Lots 10 and 11 in Block 1 of Greentree Addition
and Lots 5 and 6, Block 2, in Green Tree Forest, accord-
ing to the plats thereof on file and of record in the
office of the Register of Deeds in and for Hennepin County,
Minnesota, may be and hereby is declared to be vacated.
The notion was seconded by Trustee,8er=m and upon vote being
taken thereon the following voted in favor of the motion:
Mayor Keefe, Trustees Curtis, O'Fallon
The following voted against: None
WHEREUPON, the resolution was declared to be duly passed and
adopted.

I, the undersigned; being the duly qualified and acting
clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that

minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said village
