RESOLVrTMT-5MM-%TRU-PREPA-RATION
OF
REPORT ONMIPROVEMENT
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular (special)
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
was held on the 15th da„- of January , 19 63,
The following members we -e present: Mayor Keefe, Trustees O'Pallon
and Beinan
and the following members were abLint: Trustee Curtis. There we a va
on the Council by reason of the resignation of Trustee Tngve.

Trustee Reinan introduced the following Resolutiou and moved
its adoption:
MMREA3, it is proposed to improve:
iidgenount Avenue from Tinewood Lane to a point 880 feet
Nest of Teakwood Lane.
and assess the abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of
the improvement, pursuant to M.S.A. § 429.011 to 429.111.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THIS VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH:
"That the proposed improvement be referred to the Village
Engineer for study and that he is instructed to report
to the Council with all convenient speed, advise the Council
in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement
is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as
proposed or in connection with some other improvement and
the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended."
The motion was seconded by Trustee O•Iallon and upon vote
bein.- taken thereon the following voted in favor of the motion:
Mayor Keefe, Trustees O•lallon and Reinan
The following voted against the motion: None
whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the fully qualified and acting
clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that
I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of
minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said village
held January 15, 1863, with the original thereof on file in my
office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript there-
from insofar as the same relates to the improvement of certain
streets of the village.
WITNISS, My hand officially as such clerk and the corporate
seal of the village this 15th day of January, 1863.
