HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1963-001VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH RTisOLUTION NO. 63-1 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 8th day of January, 1363. The following members were present: Mayor Keefe, Trustees Curtis, O'Fallon and Roinan The following members were absent: None There was a vacancy in the office of one Trustee. * s � Trustee Curtis introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: WHMRSA3, pursuant to due and proper notice according to law, a public hearing was held by the Village Council at the Village Hall in the Village of Plymouth on the 18th day of December, 3862 at TpSO o'clock p.m. to consider the vaca- tion of a r-ortioa of Garden 8troet,and WHEREAS, at such hearing all persons desiring to be heard were given such opportunity after which said public hearing was declared closed by the Mayor. Now Tom, BE IT RwoLYSD BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: "That that portion of Garden Street adjoining and abutting Lots 16 and 17 in Block 3, and Lots 15 and 16 in Block 6, all in ELNhurst Gardens accord- ing to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for Hennepin County, Minnesota, excepting that part of Garden Street which adjoins and abuts 24th Avenue North and 25th Avenue North as extended to the west line of the plat of said Elmhurst Gardens may- be and hereby is declared to be vacated." The motion was seconded by Trustee O'Fallon and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor of the motion: Mayor Keefe, Trustees.Curtis, O'Fallon and Hainan. The following voted against: None 'WMIREUPON the resolution was declared to be duly passed and adopted.
