RESOLUTION No. 2013-283
A RESOLUTION APPROVING OFF -SALE 3.2 LIQUOR LICENSE FOR
NORTHERN RETAIL, LLC, D/B/A SUPERAMERICA #5005
AT 15805 61 ST AVENUE NORTH
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an Off -Sale 3.2 Liquor License from
Northern Retail, LLC, d/b/a SuperAmerica 45005 at 15805 61st Avenue North; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance
certificates; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has conducted a public hearing and finds no reason to deny
the application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Off -Sale 3.2 Liquor License from Northern
Retail, LLC, d/b/a SuperAmerica 45005 at 15805 61st Avenue North. The liquor license would
be issued for the period through January 31, 2014.
