RESOLUTION No. 2013-281
APPROVING LAWFUL GAMBLING APPLICATION OF
ARMSTRONG COOPER YOUTH HOCKEY ASSOCIATION FOR
THE SUNSHINE FACTORY
WHEREAS, the City has received an application from the Armstrong Cooper Youth Hockey
Association to conduct lawful gambling at The Sunshine Factory, 4100 Vinewood Lane North; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted the background investigation and has found
no reason to deny the license; and
WHEREAS, the applicant and establishment have met the criteria that have been established per
Sections 1105 and 1211 of the Plymouth City Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it hereby approves the application of the Armstrong Cooper
Youth Hockey Association to conduct lawful gambling at The Sunshine Factory, 4100 Vinewood Lane
North.
