RESOLUTION NO. 2011-278
APPROVE CONTRACT AMENDMENT WITH WSB Et ASSOCIATES
FOR RIGHT OF WAY SERVICES
FOR PEONY LANE / LAWNDALE LANE EXTENSION PROJECT
CITY PROJECT NO. 10015
WHEREAS, the Peony Lane / Lawndale Lane Extension project is listed in the 2013-
2017 Capital Improvement Program at an estimated total cost of $11,300,000; and
WHEREAS, the city has an existing contract with WSB & Associates for professional
engineering services; and
WHEREAS, the existing contract contemplated right of way services as an optional
service; and
WHEREAS, staff believes it to be in the best interest of the city to exercise the use of the
optional services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, the existing Supplemental Agreement for
Professional Engineering Services with WSB & Associates is hereby amended to include right of
way services for $186,000 plus O&E report and staking costs.
FURTHERMORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the fiinding for this project shall
be from the Municipal State Aid Fund.
