RESOLUTION No. 2013-277
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT
FOR A RETAINING WALL WITHIN DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS
IN LOT 7, BLOCK 1, KIRKWOOD
WHEREAS, property owner, requested that the City approve an encroachment agreement
allowing a retaining wall to be constricted within drainage and utility easements in Lot 7, Block 1,
Kirkwood; and
WHEREAS, the encroachment agreement permits only the retaining wall within the easement
and all related facilities must still meet all applicable City codes; and
WHEREAS, the owner's property is legally described as Lot 7, Block 1, Kirkwood, Hennepin
County, Minnesota.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to sign, on
behalf of the City of Plymouth, the encroachment agreement that will allow the proposed retaining wall
in the drainage and utility easements.
