RESOLUTION No. 2013-275
A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE A TOBACCO LICENSE FOR
NORTHERN TIER RETAIL, LLC, D/B/A SUPERAMERICA #5005,
15805 61 ST AVENUE NORTH
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for a Tobacco License for Northern
Tier Retail, LLC, d/b/a SuperAmerica 45005, 15805 61st Avenue North; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance
certificates; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds no reason to deny the application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Tobacco License is hereby
approved for Northern Tier Retail, LLC, d/b/a SuperAmerica 45005, 15805 61st Avenue
North with an expiration date of December 31, 2013.
