THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
BE IT KESOLVED THAT:
The Vilkge CouncN, hereafter known as the governing body, of the Village of
Plymouth, hereafter known as the community, hereby requests that the Department
of Business Development, State of Minnescto, make application for an wbon plan-
ning assistance grant in the amount of S 13,300. 00 from the Federal Housing and
Hone Finance Agency, as authorized under Section 701 of the Housing Act of
1954, as amended, for the purpose of providing planning assistance to the community.
The governing body of the community hereby agrees to contribute $3,325.00 in
cash upon execution of the contract as hereinafter set forth oW $3,325.00 M m&
