VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUT TION
OF
REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
was held on the 5th da.- of December , 1962.
The following members wt -e present: Mayor Keefe, Trmtees Tngve,
Ereatz, Curtis and Teberg.
and the following members were aba-int: Mone
Trustee Teberg introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve:
Teakwood Lane from Ridgemount Avensm to County Road /15
and the South side of County Road 15 from Teakwood Lane to Pinewood Lane,
and assess the abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of
the improvement, pursuant to M.S.A. § 429.011 to 429.111.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMICIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH:
That the proposed improvement be referred to the Village
Engineer for study and that he is instructed to report
to the Council with all convenient speed, advise the Council
in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement
is feasible and as tc whether it should best be made as
proposed or in connection with some other improvement and
the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended."
The motion was seconded by Trustee Curtis and upon vote
being taken thereon the following voted in favor of the motion:
Mayor tsefe, Trustees Tngve, Kreatz, Curtin and Teberg.
The following voted against the motion: None
whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.
