Be It Resolved by the Village Council of Plyonthi
That the roquiramants of the Ordinance of the Village of Plymouth
passed an July 16, 1959 and filed August 7, 1959 in Hook 838 of Miscellaneous
R000rds, Page 55, Register of Goods, iisanspin Co,mty, Minnesota, relating to
conveyance of parcels of land less than two and one-half (21'v) acres in area,
are herebW - ral.ved as to t h a following described lands e
The West 113 feet of the Bast 403.5 feet of Gov't. Lo. 8, Section
231, Township 118, Rauge 22 according to the Government survey
thereof, described as followei Casswencing at a point in the West
line of Gov It. Lot 8 distant 970 fest 3orfh fr® the South line
thereof; thence ;Gast parallel with the South lies of said Section
distance of 743.4 fast; thence north at right angles a eistance
