Dear Herb:
I enclose copies of Resolution No. 62-47 and 62-48,
relative to property owned by Philip Little.
Upon examination of the legal description in our
office, it was determined that an error had been
made in the description drawn by the surveyor. We
have corrected that description and enclose a corrected
copy for each. The only change is the East has been
interchanged for the word West in each description as
follows: Resolution 62-47, the seventh line from the
bottom in the phrase "thence East a distance of 68.38
feet more or less". In Resolution 62-48, the line
fourth from the bottom, the phrase,"thence East 200.0
feet. The word East in each of the quotes previously
read West.
I hope this does nut necessitate another Council meeting
or approval of this resolution. Perhaps this letter
will stand as your record of the correction. If there
need be any further action would you kindly advise.
Thank you.
Very truly yours,
Marlon 0. Haugen
