A RESOLUTION RELATING TO PARTICIPATION IN
THE RURAL HENNEPIN COUNTY NURSING DISTRICT
WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 145.08 and
1,45.12 provision has been made for a public health nursing district in that
portion of Hennepin County outside the City of Minneapolis, and
W}MiEAS, pursuant to such authority such a public health nursing
district has been organized and has been in operation for several years, and
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to continue the operation of such
nursing district and to provide it with adequate funds for its proper operation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the governing body of the Village
of Plymouth that this political subdivision continue to be included in the
public health nursing district of rural Hennepin County, organized on January
4, 1952: that it participate in the benefits thereof; and that it agrees to
support on an apportionment basis its pro rata share of the cost of the
administration of such district provided, however, that for the period
January 1, 1963 through December 31, 1963, this cost shall not exceed $.25
per capita on the basis of the official 1960 Federal Census.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this resolution shall be deemed an
agreement to continue to participate in such nursing district on the basis
hereinbefore specified with all other political subdivisions adopting
similar resolutions.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution Was duly
seconded by Trustee Kreatz and upon vote being taken thereon, tLe following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Keefe, Trustees Kreatz, Yngve, Teberg and
Curtis. The following voted against the same: None.
Whereupon, the resolution was declared to be duly passed and
adopted.

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the
Council of the Village of Plymouth was duly held at the Village
Ball on the 18th day of September, 1962 at 7:30 o'clock P.M.
The following members were present: Mayor Keefe, n-ustees
greats, Yngve, Curtis and Teberg.
The following members were absent: None
Trustee Yngve introduced the following resolution and move.

"BY IT RXSMVBD, by the Village Council of the Pillage
of Plymouth as follows:
1. It is hereby determined to be necessary and ex-
pedient to the public health, convenience and
general welfare to acquire each of the following
described propertiets in the Village of Plymouth,
County of Hennepin, for street and utility purposes
to -wit:
a. The easterly thirty (30) feet of the following
described property:
All that part of the Southwest quarter (SW 1/4)
of the Northeast quarter MIA) of Section 30,
Township 118, Man" 22, described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast (SB) corner of said
Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of the Northeast
Quarter; thence North along the East line thereof
a distance of 325.6 feet; thenge Northwesterly with
a deflection angle of 81 degrees 30 minutes to the
left a distance of 4.37.6 feet; thence heat to a
point on the West line of said Southwest Quarter
(SW 1/4) of the Northeast Quarter (ME 1/4) distant
393.9 feet North of the Southwest corner thereof;
thence South along the went line of said Southwest
Quarter (89 1/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4)
a distance of 393.9 feet to the Southwest corner
thereof; thence Bast along the South line of said
Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of the Northeast Quarter
(NE 1,'4) to the point of beginning, a distance of
1353.6 feet more or less, excepting therefrom the
South 135.0 feet of the Bast 325.0 feat of said
Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of the Northeast Quarter
(NE 1/4) and also excepting tberefrom that portion
of the above described premises heretofore acquired
by petitioner for street purposes.
b. The easterly thirty (30) feet of the Bast
335.0 feet of the South 138.0 Peet of
Section 30, Township 118, Range 22, excepting
those portions thereof heretofore acquired by
petitioner for street purposes.
2. The Mayor and Village Attorney are hereby authorized to
acquire said lands for the aforementioned purposes and
to tab any and all legal steps necessary to such pro-
ceedings. "
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by Trustee Kreatz and upon vote being taken thereon
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Keefe, Trustees
sreatz, Ybgve, Curtis and Teberg.

olerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that
I have carefully caged the attached and foregoing extract of
minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said village
held September 19, 1062, with the original thereof on file in my
office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript there-
from insofar as the same relates to a resolution authorizing
condemnation of certain lands of the village.
