EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF XEZTING OF
VILLAGE COUNCIL OF VILLAGE OF
MnOUTH, XXXXI SOTA
A regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth,
Minnesota, was hold on the 14th day of August 1962.
The following ambers mere preseatt Mayor Keefe, Trustees Kreata, Yngvs
and Teberg. The following members were absents Trustee Curtis.

CATION AND MAILING OF NOTI" OF

BE IT I&OQLVED By the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth,
Minnesota, as followsn
1. It is hereby determined that the total cost of grading, has construction,
drainage and bituminous stabilised bass surfacing on the streets listed in
Schedule "A" attached hereto, all part of the Street Improvement Program of 1961,
including all incidental expenses, is ! hs asst of $ 5',181,.1q and that the sum of

2. The Village Clerk, with the acsistaaae of the V 1. age Assessor, shall forth-
with calculate the proper mount to be specially assessed for the improvements
against ersry assessable lot, piece or parcel of land abutting on the streets so
improved in accordance with the provisions of Section 429.061, Minnesota Statutes.
3. An assessment hearing on such proposed special assessments will be held on
the 2nd day of October, 1962, at the Village Hall, at 700 o'clock P. M.,
at which time and place all objections will be heard by the Village Council.
4. The Village Claris is directed to prepare and publish a notice of such
assesment hearing aur to sail copies of such notice to all property owners
affected, all in accordance with the provisions of Section 429.061, Mianesota Statubs.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
Trustee Yngve and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted`'in favor thereof'
Mayor Keefe, Trustees Kreat$, Yngve and Teberg. The following voted against
the same s Ione.
Whereupon the resolution was declared to be duly pas>ed and adopted.

A regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
was held on the 14th day of August, 1962.

BE IT R63OLVED, by the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
as follows;
1. It is hereby determined that the total cost of the Street Improvement Pro-
gram of 1962, including all incidental expenses, is the sum of W,332.72.
and that the suss of 311.2 72 is to be assessed against benefited property.
2. The Village Clerk, with the assistance of the Yillage JAP'ielsor, shall
forthwith calculate the proper amount to be epeaially assessed. for the
improvesssnta against every assessable lot, piece or parcel, of lead abutting an the
streets so improved in accordance with the provisions of Section 429.061, Minnesota
Statutes.
3. An assessment hearing on such proposed special assessments will be held on
the 18th day of September, 1962, at the Village Hall, at 7930 o'clock P.M.
At which time and place all objections will be heard by the Village Council.
4. The Village Clark is directed to prepare and publish a notice of such assess-
ment hearing and to mail copier of such notice to all property owners affected,
all in accordance with the provisions of Section 429.061, Minnesota Statutes.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
Trustee Yngvs and upon vote being taken thereon, the fallowing voted in favor thereof;
Mayor Keefe, Trustees Kreats, Yngve and Taber&. The following votod against the same;
None. Absent; Trustee Curtis.
Whereupon, the resolution was declared to be duly passed and adopted.
