Be It Resolved by the Village Council of Plymouth:
That the requirements of the Ordinanco of the Village of
Plymouth passed on July 16, 1959 and filed August 70 1959, in Book
838 of Kiscollan ous Records, Page 55, Register of Deeds, Hennepin
County, Minnesota, relating to conveyance of parcels of land less
than two and duo-he1f (21) acres in area, are hereby waived as to
the follodng;described lands:
Lot Eleven (11), Block One (1), Snyder's Lakeview Addi-
tions according to the map or plat thereof an file or of
record in the Office of the Register of Deeds, Hennepin
County, Minnesota.

898 of Kiscellaneoue Records, Page 55, Register of Deeds, Hennepin
County, Mirinesota, relating to conveyance of parcels of land less
