RESOLUTION WAIVING REgUIREKWS OF
SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE
VILLUM OF PLYMOUTH
Be it resolved by the Village Council of Plymouth:
That the requirewients of the Ordinance of the Village of
Plymouth passed on July 16, 1959, and filed August 7, 1959, in Book 838
of Miscellaneous Records, Page 55, Register of Deeds, Hennepin Comrtty,
Minnesota, relating to conveyance of parcels of land less than two and
one-half (2 1/2) acres in area, are hereby waived as to the following
described lands:
Lot Five (5), Block One (1), Klausman's Addition,
according to the map or plat thereof on file or on
record in the Office of the Register of Deeds,
Hennepin County, Minnesota.
