VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 62-24
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING VILLAGE ATTORNEY
TO TRAVEL TO WASHINGTON, D.C. IN CONNECTION
WITH APPLICATION FOR LOAN FWK HOUSING
AND HOME FINANCE AGENCY
Trustee Yngve introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
"RESOLVED, that Herbert P. Lefler as attorney for
the Village of Plymouth is hereby authorized to travel to Washington,
D.C. on behalf of said Village to visit with the elected representa-
tives in Congress and the United States Senate with respect to the
pending application of the Village of Plymouth from the Housing and
Home Finance Agency with respect to design plans for a sanitary
sewer and water trunk system for the South one-third (1/3) of the
Village."
The motion was seconded by Trustee Kreatz and upon
vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof:
Mayor Keefer Trustees Yngve, Kreats, Curtis and Teberg.
The following voted against the same: None.
WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed
and adopted.
