HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1962-023Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Kinneaota, was held on the 15th day of NW, 1962. The following members were presents Mayor Keetel Trustess Tagve, Kreats, Curtis and Teberg. The following ambers were absents None. Trustee Curtis introduced the following Resolution and moved Its adoptions "WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the village Council of the Village of Plymouth adopted May By 1962, Dwaine Osier was appointed as a part-time police officer effective Ray 14, 1962 and, §AiIMS, under the rules, regulations and laws of the State of Kinnesota relating to the Public Amployess Retirement Fund it is necessary that the eounoil designate the position to be hold to be that of police officer before such officer can participate in the benefits of the Public Employs" Retirement Fund. NOW THEMFORE, RE IT RESOLVED BY TUE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTHS That the position held by Dwaine Osier with the Village of Plymouth is that of police officer."
