VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 62-22
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FRELIAIINARY PLANS FOR INTER3TATE
HIGHWAY NO. 494
Trustee Teberg introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
WHEF.EAS, the State Highway Department has theref)re submitted to
the Village Council a preliminary, plan for the route and de;ign of Interstate
Highway No. 494 as it passes through the Village of Plymouth, qrd
WHEREAS, the Village Council has made certain recommendations to
the State Highway Department tdth respect to the design of said Interstate
Highway, and
WHEREAS, the State Highway Department has agreed to so design and
build the grade line at the intersection of Interstate Highway No. •94 and
County Road No. 47 so as to make possible a future grade separation.
NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved by the Village Council of
the Village of Plymouth that the preliminary plan of Interstate Highway ho.
494 as it passes through the corporate limits of the Village of Plymouth as
submitted by the State Highway Department and as amended to provide for tht
design and construction of the intersection of said Interstate Highway No.
494 and County Road No. 47 so as to make possible a future grade separation
is hereby approved.
The above motion was seconded by Trustee Yngxe and upon
vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Mayor Keefe, Trustees Yngve, Curtis, Kreatz and Teberg
The following voted against the same: None
WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
