Suoh plans and specifications, a copy of which are attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. 2. The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in theoffi- cial paper and in The Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the making of such improvement under such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement shall be published for two (2) weeks, shall specify the work to be done, shall state that bids will be opened and considered by the C ouncil at 7.30 a clock P.M. on June 12, 1962, in the Council chambers of the Village Hall, and that nn .bids will: be considered unless sealed and filed with the Cleric and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's check, bid bond, or certified check payable to the Cleric for 5 per cent of the amount of such bid." The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly s ecord ed by Trv9tee Teberg and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Keefe, Tr::stees Tngve, Curtis, Kreatz and Teberg. The following voted against the same: None The following wero (absent) (abstained from voting): None WHMEUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. VILLAGE OF PMOUTH) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Nimesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said village hold May 15, 1962, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same related to the issuance and sale of 1962 Street Improvement Bonds of the village.
