Be It Resolved by the Village Council of Plymouth:
That the requirements of the Ordinance of the Village of Flynouth
passed on July 16, 1959 and filed Au zzat ?, 1959, in Book 938 of Miscellan-
eous Records, Page 55, Register of Deeda, Hennepin County, Minnesota,
relating to :unveyance of parcels of land less than two and one-half (2j)
acres in area, are hereby waived as to the following described lands:
That part of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section
30, Township 118 North, Range 22 Wee+., described as follower
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 1, Block 2, Snyder'a
Lakeview; thence South to the Southwest corner of said lot.;
thence West along the Forth line of Ousensland Lane (formerly
Margaret "street) 298.84 feet; thence North to a point on the
North line of said Southwest 1%4 of the Northeast 1/4 distant
296.84 feet West of the point of beginning; thence East to the
paint of beginning.
