Home My WebLink AboutCity Council Resolution 1962-014RESOLUTION ACCEPTING COUNTY STATE -AID HIGHWAY NO. 6 Trustee Curtis offered the follo,4ig resolution and moved its adoption: WHEREAS, County State -Aid Highway No. 6 as designated by the Commissioner of Highways under Order No. 27368, and in art shown as beginning at the Southwest corner of the Northwest of the Southeast i of Section 27, Township 118 North, Range 22 West, and thence continuing in an Easterly direction across the South J of Sections 26 and 27, Township 113 North, Range 22 }gest, to a junction with Trunk Highway No. 55 at a point approximately 150 feet North of the Southwest corner of the Northwest i of the Southwest i of said Section 26, Township 118 North, Range 22 West, and there terminating, and WHEREAS, County State Aid Highway No. 6 has been con- structed on its new alignment and right of way as shown in the plat of "Minneapolis Industrial Park" (Section 27, Township 116 North, Range 22 West), and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners" of Hennepin County passed a resolution providing that the aforementioned portion of County State -Aid Highway No. 6 be returned to the,Vil- Inge of Plymouth, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That County State --Aid Highway No. 6 be designated to conform to the designation as shown on the recorded plat of "Minneapolis Industrial Park" and that the previous designation on that portion of County State - Aid Highway No. 6 as first above described be accepted by the Village of Plymouth to be under the jurisdiction of said village as a .local street. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Trustee Yngve, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Curtis, Kreatz, Keefe, Yngve and Teberg, and the following voted against the same: None..
