Be it resolved by the Village Council of Plymouth:

That the requirements of the Ordinance of the Village of
Pl; mouth passed on July 16, 1959, and filed August 7, 1959, in Book
838 of Ydscellaneous records, page 55, Register of Deeds, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, relating to conveyance of parcels of land less than two a_rui
one-half (2.1) acres in area, are hereby waived as to the following des-
cribes! lands:
Lots Eleven (11) and Twelve (12), Block One (1),
Sunset Acres Addition, according to the map or plat
thereof on file or of record in the Office of the
Register of Deeds, Hennepin County, Minnesota.'

Be it resolved by the Village Council of Plymouths
That the requirements of the Ordinance of the Village of
Plymouth passed on July 16, 1959, and filed August 7, 1959, in Book
838 of Miscellaneous Records# page 55, Register of Deeds, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, relating to conveyance of parcels of land less than two and
one -hr -If (2j) acres in areal are hereby waived as tothe following des-
